This policy explains how TechTongBo handles information submitted through our bulk inquiry form.
How we use inquiry information
We collect only the name, company, email address or WhatsApp contact, requested category, and the models, parts, quantities and packaging details you provide in the form. We do not collect page URLs, referrers, or advertising parameters such as UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID.
We use this information to respond to your request, check compatible parts, and prepare sourcing or sample discussions. We do not sell your contact information.
Retention and service providers
We retain inquiry information for a reasonable period needed to answer, follow up on, and maintain records of the sourcing request. If we introduce service providers for hosting, customer support, logistics, or related business operations, they may process relevant information only to provide those services on our behalf. If you ask us to delete your inquiry information, we remove it from our systems; copies inside encrypted backups expire automatically when the backup retention period ends.
